Das ist für uns ganz speziell: Ein Freund aus Island besucht uns zum ersten Mal in Schweden!

Unser erstes Konzert überhaupt fand im kleinen Laden in der Altstadt von Wetzlar 2013 statt, und zwar mit....Svavar Knútur! Danach spielte er zur Eröffnung der neuen Phonobar 2014 am Schillerplatz 1....besuchte uns auch privat mit seiner Familie...und nun dürfen wir Svavar endlich in Schweden begrüßen! :-) Die Freude ist unendlich...

Und das wird ein tolles Konzert, versprochen!!!

Icelandic singer/songwriter and long time friend of the Phonobar, at last makes his way to the middle of Sweden to celebrate his friendship with the wonderful folks at Phonobar with a concert.

Svavar Knútur's music is a naughty mix of melancholy, serenity, dark humour and hope, with a dash of birch essence mixed in.

Stories, songs, weird Icelandic humour, a bit of Stockholm syndrome. What's not to like?
